This wonderful tapas-style speakeasy bar is hiding behind an unmarked door in Manhattan. The drinks menu is uncomplicated and the drinks are crafted with care.
Bar Centrale has a strict “no standing” policy. If you are planning to stop in and sit at the bar, there must be stools available to be accommodated.
